Utility Tips for Entering Summer with Nice Feet

Most of people do not care about foot care. Until the feet get sore. I suggest you to read the following helpful tips to keep your feet healthy and nice.

Tip #1: Find the Right Shoe Model for Yourself

Uncomfortable shoes, expose our feet to stress and cause damaging. Pain, pus-filled swelling, callus, sunken nail, hammer finger deformation…etc. Uncomfortable shoes cause most of these problems. Especially women who cannot give up on heeled shoes, should pay great attention to foot care.

Tip #2: Wash Your Feet

Many people do not wash their feet in the shower. Most of the time, your feet stay in your shoe all day. As a result of which moisture can accumulate, which can lead to the formation of bacteria and bad smells. So you need to soap your feet in the shower and clear your fingers nicely.

Tip #3: Get Foot Soak Routine

Make footbaths with useful herbs and essential oils. A pinch of rosemary or lavender will make the warm footbath healthier. The plant will release its healthy essences into the water. You can add a few drops of essential oils. This footbath will soften your feet and will also take your stress.

Tip #4: Get Rid of Dead Skin

Get rid of dead skin with foot peeling or foot file. You should try not to make it too hard. Even if you do one of these weekly, your feet will get a silky softness and smoothness.

Tip #5: Moisturize Your Feet

Our feet suffer many troubles during the day. And as a result it can harden, crack and dry. This is not a nice look. You should make it a habit to apply a moisturizing cream after shower and before going to bed. Prefer natural oils such as shea butter, coconut butter, olive oil, aloe vera…etc. Massage your feet while moistening your feet. I suggest you to wear your cotton socks after moisturize your feet. Then you can take a restful sleep. You will have a soft and beautiful looking feet after regular application.

Tip #6: Wear Socks

Depending on where you live, you can walk with bare feet. But you should avoid it as much as possible. Unfortunately, as the age progresses, the fat layer at the base of the foot is examined. For this reason, a pair of comfortable socks can be your helper. It also prevents problems such as pus-filled swelling, callus…etc.

Foot health is very important. So let’s try to make them look perfect and feel perfect.
